By accessing and using the ohyes website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website.

2. Description of Service

ohyes provides web development services, including but not limited to: website development, landing pages, e-commerce, WordPress plugins, visual redesign, bug fixing and automation. Services are provided according to specifications agreed with the client.

3. Prices and Payments

Service prices are indicated on the website and may vary depending on project specifications. Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Payment methods and specific conditions are agreed on a case-by-case basis through a written quote.

4. Work Process

The work process generally includes the following stages: project analysis and planning; development and implementation; deployment and post-launch support.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity.

5. Support and Maintenance

All projects include technical support for the first month after launch. Subsequently, an annual maintenance package is available at a cost of €720/year.

Maintenance includes security updates, technical support and site monitoring.

6. Intellectual Property

Once payment is completed, all intellectual property rights relating to the developed project are transferred to the client, except for: third-party code and open source libraries used; reusable components developed by ohyes.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to: provide all information and materials necessary for the project; respect agreed review and feedback timelines; make payments according to agreed methods and schedules; use the developed services in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ohyes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Changes to Services

ohyes reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract in case of: material breach by the other party; inability to continue the project due to force majeure; mutual agreement between the parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

ohyes reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update.
